Located on the second floor of The Daytona Autograph Collection hotel, you'll find Blue Flame. This restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And they also provided my room service for in-room dining. They also have a bar if you're looking to have drinks. IN-ROOM DINING I ordered room service twice during my stay and I was surprised at how fast service came. The young man delivering the food was kind and I made sure I tipped him well. Food came out hot and stayed hot. BREAKFAST For breakfast, I ordered the Rear View Mirror Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and sour dough toast. It came with toasted potatoes. It was good. Since there were only 3 tables including ours, I felt like the service could've been better. One of the older gentleman bringing out the food was busy, as was the lady taking orders. Both kept working nonstop so I figured they just might have been understaffed. They were great, though, but some things like coffee refills took time to come out. Outstanding service by our server, Ari! Highly recommend her, as she was very personable & very attentive! Our food was incredible. My fiancé' licked his plate clean. He had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes & asparagus & it was cooked to perfection. I had the burger & sweet potato tots... SO good! Their chocolate cake that they light on fire was delicious & the fresh rosemary bread that they bring out is phenomenal! The vibes are awesome & we will definitely be back!

I visit Blue Flame every time I’m in town it’s definitely my go-to spot. I’ve been here so many times I feel like I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. lol NOT JOKING This visit, I stopped in before heading back to Orlando and wanted to grab dinner on the way. I had the sushi, which was good overall (the pieces were just a little big for me personally). My server, Arienne, was very nice and attentive I believe I had her last time as well, and she’s always great. Honestly, what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. It’s such a cool place, and I love that they always have a new car displayed in the lobby. Overall, it’s always a great experience!

I had a great meal on April 8th. The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were great! Bartender was especially friendly and personal. We finished the evening with a personalized bday cake.....Try the short ribs. Oh and a beautiful individual rendition of happy birthday by the man, the Bartender! Beautiful voice and lovely memories.

We made reservations for lunch on Valentine's Day back in December 2025. We looked over the menu and found a few options we were interested to try that was on the lunch menu. When we arrived for the reservation we were seated right away but they did not offer the regular menu this day. They had a tiny paper menu offering very little options (a couple appetizers, and handful of entrees and a couple desserts) which was disappointing to say the very least since previewing the menu is something most people do before making reservations. Personally if someone makes reaervations months in advance they should had reached out to let them know it would be a limited menu. Instead of leaving we decided to make the best of it. We ordered the gator bites which were larger than most places and they were tough to chew. We both got the burger which was cooked to perfection (med rare and med) and he got the moonshine flight of 4 and I got the Trackside which was pretty good. We'll probably try again when it isn't a holiday so we can experience the full menu.
